No. The built environment is our specialist focus, including construction, fit-out, architecture, interiors, engineering, lighting, landscaping and specialist contractors. We also work with ambitious businesses in other sectors when we're the right fit.

A Launch website can go live in as little as 48 hours, and "eligible" means five things: your payment has cleared; you have sent complete, usable content; that content fits a one-page website without restructuring; your domain and DNS are available to us; and you can review and approve within one business day. The 48 hours run from the moment all five conditions are true — not from when you pay. If that happens after 18:00 or on a non-working day, the clock starts at 9:00 on the next working day, and it pauses whenever we are waiting on you. Business hours are Monday to Friday, 9:00–18:00 Gulf Standard Time, excluding UAE public holidays. Growth, Authority, e-commerce and bespoke projects follow a written delivery schedule agreed before design begins.

We typically need your logo and brand assets, company information, services, contact details and any existing project photography or content. If your content needs improvement, we can help shape the structure and messaging as part of the appropriate package.

Yes. Project presentation is especially important for construction, architecture, interiors and specialist contractors. Growth and Authority websites can include structured project portfolios and case studies designed to communicate scope, capability and quality clearly.

Yes. Every Orralis website is designed responsively for mobile, tablet and desktop, with particular attention to enquiry journeys, project imagery and navigation on smaller screens.

Yes. Every Orralis website includes strong technical SEO foundations. Depending on the package, this can include semantic structure, metadata, structured data, sitemap configuration, performance optimization and search setup. Rankings themselves cannot be guaranteed.

Yes. WhatsApp can be integrated directly into the website so potential clients can start a conversation quickly from desktop or mobile. Growth and Authority projects can also include more advanced enquiry journeys based on the project scope.

Choose Launch if you need a professional online presence quickly. Choose Growth if your website needs to actively support enquiries, marketing and business development. Choose Authority if your website is a strategic part of how your company competes for major clients and projects.

Stripe confirms the payment and emails you a receipt, and we email you within 1 business day to collect everything we need to start: your logo, company details, services and any project photos. Nothing is designed until that content arrives, so the sooner you send it the sooner the build starts.

Yes, you own both. The domain is registered in your name from day one, and the finished website is yours. Hosting, the domain and your business email are included for the first 12 months. From month 13 hosting renews annually at AED 99 on Launch, AED 199 on Growth and AED 299 on Authority; business email is AED 150 per mailbox per year; and the domain renews at its extension rate — .ae AED 270, .com AED 150, .online AED 110, .tech AED 200 per year, other extensions on request. So a Launch site on a .ae domain with 2 mailboxes renews at AED 99 + 270 + 2 × 150 = AED 669 per year. We email you 30 days before, and renewals are billed through your client portal at orralis.tech. If you would rather move everything elsewhere we hand over the files and the domain free of charge — there is no lock-in and no exit fee.

Launch includes 2 rounds, Growth 5 and Authority 15, all within the agreed scope. A round means you gather all your comments and send them together, once — comments sent separately over several days count as separate rounds. If you need more rounds than your package includes, we quote them in writing before we start them.

Yes, if you cancel within 24 hours of paying: you get 100% back and we absorb the card-processing fee. The only thing ever deducted is a domain we had already registered at your request — that comes off at cost, at the published price for its extension, and the domain stays yours. After 24 hours, or once we have delivered the first design, we do not refund a change of mind — but we keep working until it is right. And if we cannot deliver what you paid for, or the work is not what we agreed, you get your money back in whole or in part. The full terms are in our refund and cancellation policy.

You receive a Stripe invoice and receipt by email — your proof of payment (no VAT is charged; Orralis is not VAT-registered). Both show the package, the amount paid, the payment reference and the date, and the invoice carries our trade licence number. The price you see is the price you pay.

Differently from Launch. We scope Growth and Authority projects on a call first, then send a written proposal covering deliverables, timeline and price. Proposal-based projects are paid 50% on booking and 50% before launch, per that written proposal — or in full by card if you prefer, using the "Already scoped with us? Pay now" link on the card. Nothing is charged while we are still scoping. Launch is the only package you can buy instantly from this page.

Yes. We build Arabic and bilingual websites with proper Arabic typography and a true right-to-left layout — not a translated template. This site has its own Arabic edition at orralis.ae/ar/, built exactly that way. Arabic is available on request with Launch, and a bilingual Arabic/English build is part of Growth and Authority.
