What do you need from us to start?
To start, Orralis typically needs your logo and brand assets, company information, services, contact details and any existing project photography or content. If your content needs improvement, we can help shape the structure and messaging as part of the appropriate package.
How quickly can my website go live?
An eligible Orralis Launch website can go live in as little as 48 hours, and "eligible" means five things: your payment has cleared; you have sent complete, usable content; that content fits a one-page website without restructuring; your domain and DNS are available to us; and you can review and approve within one business day. The 48 hours run from the moment all five conditions are true — not from when you pay. If that happens after 18:00 or on a non-working day, the clock starts at 9:00 on the next working day, and it pauses whenever we are waiting on you. Business hours are Monday to Friday, 9:00–18:00 Gulf Standard Time, excluding UAE public holidays. Growth, Authority, e-commerce and bespoke projects follow a written delivery schedule agreed before design begins.
Can clients contact us through WhatsApp?
Yes. WhatsApp can be integrated directly into the website so potential clients can start a conversation quickly from desktop or mobile. Growth and Authority projects can also include more advanced enquiry journeys based on the project scope.
Do you work outside Dubai?
Yes. Orralis is registered in Dubai and works with businesses across all Emirates. You can reach us on WhatsApp or by email wherever you are, and we reply within 1 business day. Growth and Authority projects are scoped on a call before any payment. The packages, prices and terms on this site are the same in every emirate.
