The package you choose, exactly as listed on its card. Anything not on the card is a change request we'll quote before starting.
Your logo, company details, services and any project photos, within 7 calendar days of payment. We email you within 1 business day of payment to collect it. The 48-hour Launch delivery starts when your content is complete, not when you pay.
All prices on this page are in UAE dirhams, and the price you see is the price you pay. You receive a Stripe invoice and receipt by email — your proof of payment (no VAT is charged; Orralis is not VAT-registered).
Hosting, your domain and your business email are included for 12 months. From month 13 hosting renews annually at AED 99 on Launch, AED 199 on Growth and AED 299 on Authority; business email is AED 150 per mailbox per year; and the domain renews at its extension rate — .ae AED 270, .com AED 150, .online AED 110, .tech AED 200 per year, other extensions on request. Renewals are billed through your client portal, and we email you 30 days before. If you'd rather take it elsewhere we hand everything over free — the domain is registered in your name from day one.

Launch is paid in full at checkout. Growth and Authority are scoped on a call first, then quoted in a written proposal: 50% on booking and 50% before launch — or in full by card if you prefer. Nothing is charged while we are still scoping. Cards are handled by Stripe; we never see your card number.
Cancel within 24 hours of paying and you get 100% back — we absorb the card-processing fee. The only deduction is a domain we had already registered at your request: that comes off at cost, at the published price for its extension, and the domain stays yours. After 24 hours, or once the first design has been delivered, we don’t refund a change of mind, but we keep working until it’s right. If we can’t deliver what you paid for, or the work is not as agreed, you get your money back in whole or in part.

To start, Orralis typically needs your logo and brand assets, company information, services, contact details and any existing project photography or content. If your content needs improvement, we can help shape the structure and messaging as part of the appropriate package.
An eligible Orralis Launch website can go live in as little as 48 hours, and "eligible" means five things: your payment has cleared; you have sent complete, usable content; that content fits a one-page website without restructuring; your domain and DNS are available to us; and you can review and approve within one business day. The 48 hours run from the moment all five conditions are true — not from when you pay. If that happens after 18:00 or on a non-working day, the clock starts at 9:00 on the next working day, and it pauses whenever we are waiting on you. Business hours are Monday to Friday, 9:00–18:00 Gulf Standard Time, excluding UAE public holidays. Growth, Authority, e-commerce and bespoke projects follow a written delivery schedule agreed before design begins.
Orralis publishes three packages. Choose Launch if you need a professional online presence quickly. Choose Growth if your website needs to actively support enquiries, marketing and business development. Choose Authority if your website is a strategic part of how your company competes for major clients and projects.
Stripe confirms the payment and emails you a receipt, and we email you within 1 business day to collect everything we need to start: your logo, company details, services and any project photos. Nothing is designed until that content arrives, so the sooner you send it the sooner the build starts.
